The Project Brief:
Lapland Letterbox is a complete online business, and as such Eseyo were required to design and build a complete online business solution.
Primarily, the main function of the website is to enable the quick and easy creation of letters from Santa Claus to children. Parents can view their letter in full before deciding to purchase them securely via a connection with Worldpay.
The second function of the website is to act as a back-office management tool allowing the business owners to manage and process their orders.
Finally, Lapland Letterbox use the medium of Social Media to attract interest in their business and visitors to their website. Eseyo were required to build the reach of their social network and to help with keeping their content lively and interesting.
What we delivered:
The Lapland Letterbox website was a bespoke project with complex programming in order to accommodate the letter creation and purchase facilities.
Providing the ability to preview the letters in full is one thing that differentiates this website from its competition, as does the vast number of options and level of customisation available to the parents when creating the letters.
In the back-office owners are able to login and batch-process orders, send updates to users when items have been printed and posted, and perform a variety of other reporting and business related tasks.
Eseyo now also manage the Twitter profile (@santa__claus) and facebook page for lapland letterbox, and this brings a large percentage of their website traffic and orders.
